A meal plan will make sure that you are eating a diet balanced in carbs, protein, fat, calories, vitamins and minerals. It can cater to an anti-candida, anti-parasite, SIBO, Dash, Mediterranean, Paleo, ketogenic, gluten-free or vegan diet. A meal plan will consist of one week of meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner), snacks, and desserts.
